This is the standard "D-Type" earpiece / mic that fits around
the back of the wearer's ear, with the little speaker positioned
over the earhole, and an inline microphone with Push-To-Talk (PTT)
button that can be clipped to the wearer's clothing.
It has the advantage of being hygienic when used by different
people, because it doesn't push into the wearers ear!
